“Vanessa was absolutely a delight when my sister and I met her for the first time to complete the preparation for the final funeral arrangements for our mom Dinorah Tuma. Her genuine compassion seeped through as she explained to us with professionalism all the final next steps we needed to take. Although it was very difficult for us Vanessa made the time we were there comforting while maintaining her professionalism intact. I give her a 5 Star review all the way! Thank you Vanessa! Thank you to Andrea for being so helpful in navigating all the logistics during our most difficult moments. You did everything in your power to ensure we had everything we needed on our hardest day. Thank you to Neida for creating a beautiful video highlighting our most precious moments with my dad and our family. Everyone loved how thoughtful & intentional it was put together. Thank you to William who guided us with calm and care as we said our goodbyes in the funeral home, mass and cemetery.
